I look forward to the cooking course they're doing in May to learn some great vegan dishes. Luckily, and happiuly I was selected! Being vegan, I can't wait to see what ideas they have for us people to create. I think Manchester has plenty of good vegan/vegetarian places. Anyway I know the cooking course at Cordon will go very well and will be very fun!
