Popular with many of our members, this funky place offers Malay
and Thai cuisine, with many vegan options. They also do cookery
lessons and are now offering some dates just for vegetarian food.
Here are some details. Manchester's only Malay Cookery Class
Experience the passion and diversity of Malay cuisine, hands on!
Classes last approximately 4 hours and comprise of a workshop style
introduction to the culture, food and kitchen essentials of
Malaysia, followed by a full practical session in the Ning kitchen
with our Head Chef Norman Musa and visiting tutor. The class
concludes with a family style Malay meal of the 4-5 dishes you cook
yourself. Next Dates Saturdays... o April 19 (Vegetarian) o May 17
(Vegetarian) o June 21 (Vegetarian)
